We have purchased PagerDuty (PD) service, including Live Call Routing (LCR.) I’ve been tasked with configuring it.
Using LCR, our goal is for incoming calls to be routed to a responder, based on a schedule with various layers. Essentially, the end user calls a number, PD LCR answers the call, then calls a responder. Primarily, our responders are in Canada and the US, country code 1.
Question: Can PD LCR handle calling responders in country code 49, which is Germany?
