Live Call Routing to EU

We have purchased PagerDuty (PD) service, including Live Call Routing (LCR.) I’ve been tasked with configuring it.

Using LCR, our goal is for incoming calls to be routed to a responder, based on a schedule with various layers. Essentially, the end user calls a number, PD LCR answers the call, then calls a responder. Primarily, our responders are in Canada and the US, country code 1.

Question: Can PD LCR handle calling responders in country code 49, which is Germany?

Hey Peter,

Live Call Routing calls to User’s devices would operate the same way any incident notification would. PagerDuty does indeed support calls to German numbers. Feel free to review this link for a full list of supported countries: https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/supported-countries

However, we do not offer German LCR numbers.
